meet the founder
Chris Delia is a seasoned security professional with extensive experience in military, law enforcement, and private security operations. He began his career in the United States Marine Corps, serving as an M-60 Machine Gunner and Combat Engineer. As a member of the Rapid Deployment Force, he participated in peacekeeping missions across 17 countries, including combat operations in Beirut, Lebanon, and joint missions with Army Rangers in South America.
Following his military service, Chris joined the New York City Police Department (NYPD), where he advanced from patrol officer to undercover Narcotics Detective. He later served with OCCID’s FBI Task Force as the NYPD’s lead detective on the West African Crime Task Force.
After 13 years of service, Chris retired from the NYPD and founded two security firms specializing in corporate investigations and executive protection. Among his clients was the Anti-Defamation League (ADL), which later invited him to join the organization as its National Senior Director of Security. In this role, Chris has provided trusted leadership for over 22 years, making him the longest-serving Director of Security in the ADL’s history.
